Nutrition and Nurture Workshop - Congleton

Covering breastfeeding and other topics such as infant brain development, normal newborn behaviour, sleep, how breasts work, the important role of partner and family, expressing and barriers to breastfeeding. 

A chance to explore all of your questions and concerns in a supportive and informative environment.

We are proud to be practitioners of the Natural Breastfeeding approach which works with baby's natural instincts to help make starting to breastfeed easier and less stressful. Some ticket types will provide access to the online Natural Breastfeeding course developed by internationally renowned IBCLC Nancy Mohbacher which civers this approach in more depth and provides many video excerpts to show how it works in practice. This can be returned to again and again throughout your feeding journey.

Ticket Options:

• BASIC  This ticket type covers admission to the workshop for you and your partner/main supporter. Will will also provide light refreshments. This ticket type does not cover and course notes or access to the online Natural Breastfeeding course.
• MEMBERSHIP This ticket type covers admission and refreshsments as well as a pack of workshop notes and other useful materials to ensure you feel fully informed and aware of where you can access information and support. You will receive a copy of Emma Picket's superb book You've Got It In You and a login for the Natural Breastfeeding online course. With this ticket type you become a Nutrition and Nurture client and so get access to our exclusive facebook Nutrition and Nurture Community group as well as a discount code for 10% off our services.
• ANTENATAL PACKAGE This ticket type covers everything in the MEMBERSHIP package plus a private 2hr consultation with one of our Lactation Consultants in your own home once baby arrives. Everything you need to get you off to the very best start!
