Solids Workshop - Mama Sanctuary

A practical workshop looking at ways to start introduce your baby to solid foods. We'll discuss the science and history behind the different feeding methods, practical hints and tips to make them work for you, as well as feeding safety.

The workshop is led by IBCLC Clare Watson and covers up-to-date, evidence based information applied to real life experience. The session is informal and deisgned to answer the questions and concerns you come with.

Most suitable for parents/carers of babies between 4-6 months but all are welcome.
